about

ARDON ENGLAND is rapidly emerging as one of Aotearoa’s most exciting new electronic pop forces. A proud Māori and queer artist (Ngāti Kahungunu, Te Āti Awa, Kahuranaki Marae), Ardon blends high-energy club production with theatrical, full-body performance—creating explosive live shows that celebrate identity, liberation, and unapologetic queer expression.

Following the success of his debut EP That’s Camp, Ardon has continued to build serious momentum across the New Zealand music landscape. His latest EP I’M THAT BITCH debuted at #4 on the Official Aotearoa Album Charts, sitting alongside global and local heavyweights like Lorde and Six60, while also reaching #2 on the Independent Artist Charts. The project’s fearless energy and dance-floor attitude has cemented Ardon as one of the country’s most exciting rising queer electronic artists.

His collaboration with Tali, Real Talk (Tali Remix), also made waves—hitting #3 on the Hot Aotearoa Singles Chart and further establishing Ardon as a fresh voice pushing Aotearoa’s club culture forward.

Adding to this momentum, Ardon recently received NZ On Air’s prestigious Waiata Takitahi grant to translate his track “EGO” into Te Reo Māori, marking an important step in his mission to elevate Māori language and identity within electronic music and on international dance floors.

Known for turning venues into immersive club-theatre experiences—often featuring dancers, striking visuals, and electrifying crowd interaction—Ardon’s performances blur the line between pop concert and underground rave.

With chart success, national funding support, and a rapidly growing audience behind him, Ardon England is positioning himself as one of Aotearoa’s leading new queer electronic exports, bringing Māori pride, fearless performance, and high-energy dance music to stages across New Zealand and beyond.
